Stereo Jo
Stereo Jo
Often categorized as Chili Peppers Jam Funk; Alternative Funk and Party Rock band Stereo Jo has been active in the New Jersey original music scene since 2015. Current lineup includes: Jimmy James – guitar & vocals; Nick Fantauzzi – bass ; Tommy Riley – drums & percussion. Defined by groovy guitar solos, melodic bass, Bonham-esk beats, and vocal harmonies; Stereo Jo is extremely energetic and upbeat. They are becoming known for their improvisational abilities -- as well as wild stage personality.

Since the beginning, Stereo Jo has opened for some pretty cool national acts (Ritchie Ramone, Drake Bell, Puddle of Mudd, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Ballyhoo, Sponge, The Toasters, Hookers N Blow, The Slackers, & Fishbone). Anchored out of North New Jersey; Stereo Jo has made the legendary blues club turned modern music venue, The Stanhope House (Stanhope NJ), as their home base with other favorites including: Jiggs’ (Butler NJ) and The Clash Bar (Clifton NJ). They are currently based out of Butler/Stanhope NJ.

Playing in their current 3 piece line up, they have been compared to RHCP, Cream, STP w/ a touch of the Beastie Boys, and even a little Floyd. They frequently invite guests to perform with them on stage.

Stereo Jo is set to release a new single, “Games” with a second track called, “Can’t Feel” late 2017. Previous recordings include: “getting to know..." 2015 - consisted of 7 original tracks (2 live) all recorded, mixed, and mastered at the original home studio; “Evil Placebo” 2016 - consisted of four new original tracks; “Monovision” – the first of three 5 song EP’s. The second album for the EP trilogy is set to start recording in early January and be released in early March.

Dylan who wrote the lyrics stated, “This EP was a group effort we collaborated together with, what I believe is my musical brothers, the music just flowed and we are super-excited to get these songs heard.” “Courtney is very special because, it was written about one of our friends who unfortunately took her own life.” explained Dylan.

Dylan Pysher and Matt Habrial both started Blind Choice in the year 2014; their biggest Inspiration is Green Day. Blind Choice is just trying to challenge the world and inspire people with their music just like the way they were inspired by their heroes. Dylan and Matt decided to team up with Tanner in March 2017, to take on the challenges and courses throughout their music careers to try and become the next big inspiration and band in not only punk rock, but rock n roll in general. They had a full summer line up and have jobs booked into 2018 including National Act, “Drake Bell Band”, Drake Bell from hit TV series Drake & Josh, at the StanHope House in StanHope, NJ, January 19, 2017. Blind Choice participates in the Youth Arts Forum at the Bitter End, a nightclub located in the heart of Greenwich Village that is touted as “the oldest rock and roll club in New York, where Lady Gaga played her, “Dive Bar Tour.” The band won third place in Pocono’s Great Talent Show and recently third place in Devil Inside Promotions from Pittsburgh online contest.
From love lost to fleeting thoughts while living the factory life, Permanence draws from the angst life provides with a blend of emo and alternative rock.  The group started in 2016 when front man Scott Jordan met drummer Randy Weller at work and found common ground in music.  Fueled by their mutual interests the two began jamming and found that they had something they really enjoyed.  Coincidentally the two were contacted by guitarist Dan King to see if they would like to be involved with a separate studio project Dan had with bassist John Husosky at the time and Scott suggest that they come over to all play together and toss ideas around.  It was instantly apparent that the group had a similar direction and feel and they decided to merge to create what the group is today.  Inspired by the NEPA area and acts alike; Permanence draws their sound from groups like Title Fight, Superheaven, Tigers Jaw, and Balance and Composure.  Mixing an aggressive tone with emotionally charged lyrics and a heavy delivery has seen a positive local response and The Times Tribune stated "Alt-rock Permanence strives to bring organic feel to music scene".  The group has also had some great local show opportunities recently opening for Philadelphia's introspective Alt group Rich People, who were also joined by NJ/PA based pop punk group Keep Flying and Ontario based pop punk group Harbour.  Permanence currently has their eyes set on branching out in the Northeast/New England
