I won tickets from a radio station but I can’t go to the show. Can I put my friend’s name on the list instead?
That’s solely up to the radio station—not the Sherman Theater. Once we have a list from a station we can’t make any changes to it. You should contact the station well in advance of the show to see if they allow such changes to be made.

You can also call the box-office to see if your show has been cancelled. If the show has not been cancelled, refunds are not issued due to weather concerns.

Do children need a ticket?

I saw tickets for sale on another website and they were more expensive. Are these tickets real?
Third party “ticket resale” web sites create the illusion that they have “special access” to the best seats in the house, or that they are authorized sellers for the Sherman Theater, but all they do is purchase tickets from the Sherman or private individuals and resell them at inflated prices. None of the price markup benefits the theater or the artist, who were the entities that put up the money and the time and the energy to create the show in the first place, and the Sherman Theater can’t confirm that tickets purchased from anywhere other than Ticketfly.com or the Sherman Theater directly are valid.
